2-3 days before your event. If you order in advance we will make and ship them according to the date you give us. All orders received by 2pm EST will generally ship 24 hours later (48hr. max.). If your order is needed in less time, please contact us as we will try our best to accommodate your request.

3 ounces of moist, fudgy delicious brownie!

Minimum order is 12, one image per 12 brownies.

Any photo, document, image or business card can be transferred right to the top of our delicious fresh baked brownies glazed with white chocolate. Everything is FDA approved and 100% edible. Text can be added at no additional charge. Cello bag & ribbon included in price.

You can call us, email us or print and mail in our order form. The fastest way to order is to order securely online. You will be emailed a receipt. Reply to the receipt and attach your image. If you email us your image separately - please include invoice number. We will contact you with any questions.

Brownies should be ordered at least 1 week prior to the occasion. Rush shipping fees may apply if ordered less than 1 week. If you need your order sooner, call us to set up your order, then overnight us or email us image.

We use a special printer that uses food coloring. The images are printed on frosting sheets. We use frosting sheets, not rice paper, because they provide the highest quality image and have no flavor or taste. There is also no drying time needed so orders can be produced very quickly.

You can mail us an original B&W or color photo (wallet size to 8" x10"). Or mail us any picture or business card. Copies of photographs can be used if they are done professionally (i.e. Kodak Picturemaker). We can scan it into our computer and make any necessary changes. All originals will be returned with your order.

You can email us the image file in JPG, BMP, TIF, GIF, PDF, EPS, or PSD format. Images should be at least 200 dpi and 100% size.

We can additionally personalize the brownies with names, dates, and virtually any text. We have many frames & templates available to choose from. Not sure what image you want? Let us customize an image for you. There is no additional charge for this service!

We can also add a decorative icing border, for a small additional fee.

Summer Shipping (May 1st-Sept. 30)

*We highly recommend we add gel ice packs to your order. There is a $3.00 fee.
*If ordering hand decorated cookies or cakes, we also recommend shipping these items in an insulated cooler with dry ice. There is a $7.00 flat fee for the cooler (which includes dry ice).
*We also highly recommend shipping your order UPS 2nd day or Overnight Shipping if your normal UPS Ground transit time is 3 or more days. (Please see UPS Ground transit time map above).
*We do not ship through the weekend. Your order may be held to the following Monday, otherwise your order could melt in a hot UPS warehouse over the weekend. Remember UPS does not have regular delivery on Saturday or Sunday, however Saturday deliveries can be arranged for an additional fee.
*Please try to ship to an address where someone is home to accept delivery. We can not be responsible if a package is left out all day in the heat. Business addresses are also recommended when possible as they tend to be early day deliveries and signatures are required.
**If you choose not to have ice packs added to your shipment, we are not responsible for any melted or damaged products.
