We use a special printer that uses food coloring. The images are printed on frosting sheets. We use frosting sheets, not rice paper, because they provide the highest quality image and have no flavor or taste. There is also no drying time needed so orders can be produced very quickly.

You can mail us an original B&W or color photo (wallet size to 8" x10"). Or mail us any picture or business card. Copies of photographs can be used if they are done professionally (i.e. Kodak Picturemaker). We can scan it into our computer and make any necessary changes. All originals will be returned with your order.

You can email us the image file in JPG, BMP, TIF, GIF, PDF, EPS, PNG, AI or PSD format.

Images should be at least 200 dpi and 100% size.

The cookies and cookie pops are individually wrapped in cello bags to maintain freshness. The bags are tied with curling ribbon in your choice of color. Cookies can also be heat sealed in bags to extend shelf-life.

All cookies are packed in a white bakery box, then packed safely in bubble wrap in a shipping box. Ice packs are frequently used in the spring and summer months.

Cookies should be ordered at least 1 week prior to the occasion. Rush fees may apply if ordered less than 1 week. If you need your order sooner, call us to set up your order, then overnight us or email us image.

We will be happy to book your order for you weeks to months in advance. Your order will be then be made & shipped to arrive a few days before you event. Our cookies do not contain preservatives so we recommend we ship your cookies to arrrive as close to your event as possible. Cookies will stay fresh in their bags up to a month.

You can call us, email us or print and mail in our order form. The fastest way to order is to order securely online below. You will be emailed a receipt. Reply to the receipt and attach your image. If you email us your image separately - please include invoice number. We will contact you with any questions.

If you are a local customer in MA, pick-up or delivery can be arranged.

We ship all over the country and internationally. We always ship the cookies the same day they are made. We ship our cookies UPS Ground or UPS 3rd day. Other arrangements can be made for 2nd day or overnight delivery for an additional cost.
