your competitor couldn't be bothered to take the extra time to send me a "proof" via e-mail before printing the cookies. She asked me to "trust her judgment" and hoped I understood that if she provided that service for all her customers, she would run out of time. I wrote her back and told her that I understood she was busy and this was a small order, but this was an important enough event to me to double check. I also told her I had found

"The cookies were a HUGE hit at my dad's 80th birthday party! Not only were they beautiful, I'm getting all sorts of compliments for how DELICIOUS they were and I couldn't agree more! We placed the cookie favors in a rectangular wicker basket and set them next to the large cookie on a table with the giant card/guestbook we had for everyone to sign. Everthing looked and "worked" wonderfully!!
