My order never arrived.

If you track your package and If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service immediately for assistance. It is our policy to notify every customer about their shipped order. This email contains tracking number and expected arrival date.  If you do not receive the package on that expected arrival date, please contact UPS (1-800-PICKUPS) or us immediately. We can not be responsible for lost packages if we are not notified within 24 hours.

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Sorry, but we cannot guarantee orders for which we are given an incorrect address or PO box.
An item is missing from my shipment.
