SHIPPING POLICIES

We are not responsible for any packages that are delivered to recipients that are out of town, have moved, or if any part of the address is incorrect or missing. UPS charges a $10.00 fee for each incorrect or incomplete address (apt. # or suite # missing) We reserve the right to bill you for this fee, Please double check addresses.

If UPS states your product has been "delivered", & the address is correct and you still have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours so we may trace the package(s).

UPS will leave without signature to residental homes, they will not leave at apartment building, signature is required. If your package is left without a signature with your permission, we will not reimburse for "missing" packages. Please let us know if you prefer a "signature required" service.

We are experts at shipping our products and have an extremely low rate of damages. However, occasionally it does occur. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) and we will arrange to replace the damaged product, if possible, or issue a refund.
IN THE SUMMER MONTHS (MAY-SEPT), we highly recommend to our customers that we add gel ice packs to your order. In addition, we will only ship orders that could melt in the hot weather to arrive no later then Friday. We do not ship through the weekend. Your order may be held to the following Monday, otherwise your order could melt in a hot UPS warehouse over the weekend. Remember UPS does not have regular delivery on Saturday or Sunday, however Saturday deliveries can be arranged for an additional fee.
If you choose not to have ice packs added to your shipment, we are not responsible for any melted or damaged products. We realize this could seem confusing, so please do not hesitate to call our customer service department to ask questions or to get our opinion.
PAYMENT POLICIES

Payment for goods is to be pre-paid prior to your order shipping (unless other arrangements are made in advance). Payments can be in the form of all major credit cards, money orders and check.

We reserve the right to hold orders if payment is not received in time. If your order is shipped with out payment in advance, you are responsible for making good on that payment by updating us with a valid credit card or check. Failure to do so and to provide payment for received goods will result in a collection agency fee of $25.00.

Returned checks are also subject to a $25.00 fee.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
- Veronica's Treats requires a credit card deposit on all photo and logo cookie, brownie and cake orders.

Veronica's Treats reserves the right to charge a customer's card for the full amount of the order in the event that the order is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.

If more than 24 hours' notice is given, customer is responsible for all costs which may have been incurred prior to cancellation, including set-up charges.

What information do we collect?
- We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
- When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
- We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

- To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.

The term "outside parties" does not include Veronica's Treats, Inc.. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).
